Accessibility commitment
Income Recon is designed to provide an inclusive experience for people who use keyboards, screen readers, magnification, voice input, and other assistive technology. The current target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
Supported access
- Keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators and a skip link.
- Programmatic labels, instructions, validation messages, and status announcements for forms.
- Responsive reflow, text zoom, sufficient contrast, and reduced-motion support.
- Descriptive page titles, headings, landmarks, and current-page navigation states.
Report an accessibility barrier
If you cannot use any part of Income Recon, email accessibility@incomerecon.com. Include the page, the task you were trying to complete, your browser or assistive technology, and the format you need. Do not include applicant information in the message. You may also contact the representative who issued your account.
Accessibility is reviewed as the product changes. Conformance is an ongoing process, not a one-time certification.
